Young Thugs know that if they kill someone and get caught - they will only serve around 6 years.

Then they will be freed and can walk the streets amongst their peers with their heads held high as a REAL HARD MAN with a record to prove it.

LIFE SHOULD MEAN LIFE. EITHER LOCK THEM UP FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES OR BRING BACK THE DEATH PENALTY AND KILLINGS WILL FALL RAPIDLY AS THE MESSAGE GETS HOME.
