About time

Speed does,n kill, if that was the case everyone on an aircraft would be dead after 5 minuets. Poor driving on difficult roads kills. If all the money gained from speed cameras wasput into better road layuots then accident figures would drop. But wait what would the government do to regain their lost revenue? Probably tax us on the number of insects killed on our radiators.
