Road safety .. Priority .. yeah right , of course it is.

If it was possible .. for just a few weeks. for every driver in the land to adere and conform to the National speed limits, and the "death toll " to read zero, thye "Safety partnerships" would be disbanded and once the revenue ceased , the Safety zealots would be down the local job centre looking for employment .

The worst possible scenario for them . would be, for the Driver and motorist to actually adhere to the law which they persist we adhere to "for our own good, if all drivers were to "conform" all they would be able to do, to was to move the goal posts to unacheivable targets, or to force us to all become expert horseman and build stables to house our new and exciting mode of transport.
