How much to these idiots get paid? I cannot believe that time & taxpayers money has been spent on this. All they really need do is be polite, and not offend anyone. Yet Devon Council see fit to pay someone to write a 'User friendly guide to Britain'. What an absolute joke. This country is a disgrace. What next 'How to understand a hoodie'? After all, now someone has been employed to write this, they will have to be justified now they have finished it. J K Rowling look out. Not
