Koudos to Mr King, but it is about time the world woke up to the percentage wage rise con. Nobody expects somebody in that position to get a fifty quid pay rise, but if these things are worked out on a percentage basis the growth is exponential. This is how the parasites in the councils and quangoes make so much. The higher the wage the lower the percentage rise is the only way to fix this. If not, be prepared for next years riots.
