My own diet

I tend to consume a lot of salt, even though I consider my diet to be healthy. The fact is that I have a large appetite, and consume a lot of food in a typical day, and there is a limit to the amount of fresh fruit and veg that I can be expected to much through in a day.

At some point I feel I am entitled to reach for the bread and the biscuits.
