Underferformers

A general election is the only vaible option. This NuLabour government has underperformed.

Dealing with under-performers requires emotional intelligence. We the electorate have analysed the nature of their obvious performance shortfall.

If they were the management team of a major company and we were the owners we would ask them to suggest solutions.

Of course we would isten carefully and show empathy Ask them to clafiry expectations
Make sympathetic non-judgemental remarks

THEN REPLACE THE B*********** WITH THOSE WHO CAN DO THE JOB WE WANT DONE
