The law certainly needs to be moderated to prevent allegations of racism to be directed in one way only. Some born again fish person dishes out leaflets quoting biblical warnings about men fancying other men and is arrested. A bearded nightgown wearer waves a placard saying "Death to the Queen" and despite being surrounded by police, he continues to stand there with his message on display.
