Yes, theft of government money is the most serious offence.

Look what they did to the Great Train Robbers; the big boys got 20 and 30 years. You only get ten years for murder. Christopher Craig shot a policeman dead in the early 50s and he was out by the early 60s and is still alive, as far as I know.

Anyway, as far as Darwin is concerned, he must have been really stupid to have thought he would have got away with it. I still think the coroner should be very heavily criticised for declaring him dead in such a short space of time without a body.
