25% pricve increase ? YES ... AT LEAST !

Why is it that the Express alone brings rationality to the housing debate ?
All of the other nationals are busy jumping on the "Jeremiah" bandwagon without really considering the situation rationally.
Trust me, the Express will be proved right. And I have monitored the housing market since 1968.
The current pessimism is creating a backlog of pent-up demand. What will happen when that pent-up demand is released ? Prices will absolutely go through the roof.
Wait and see. It is as inevitable as night following day.
