PROSECUTE THE AIRLINE, IF YOU HAVE GUTS!

Shouldn't the airline be prosecuted for this incident as it happend on board its own airline?

Or is it because they have the financial muscle and influence, the police, the CPS and the justice system chooses the easy option out?

No wonder people are losing faith in the whole incompetent system which rewards the irresponsible corporations and criminals by allowing these agencies to be used as their tools.
