House Prices to Rise?

Either the Brothers Grimm or Enid Blyton wrote this report or these people are talking of Japan NOT the UK.

Don't they read the newspapers or listen to the Guv at the BoE??

There is a trans Atlantic credit crunch and as sure as day follows night we are following the way of the US of A. Nobody is buying houses there and millions of repossessed homes are laying vacant, unsold even at knock down, fire sale prices. It was all on TV.
Even the IMF have gone on record saying that our houses are 30% overpriced now. As always ,Supply and Demand will control this market. There is little Demand but the Supply is growing each day, with much worse to come next year. If I have ever read more Bull Shite than this report it must have been written by Tony B Liar and Gorgon Broon.
It is not funny, it is a cynical attempt to kick start an already doomed market sector and give false hope to those who really want an affordable home of their own. I say to them, hang on, sit tight and let the market forces produce the affordable housing for you. That is exactly what I am doing and I expect to have to wait until 2012.
