Why Surprised David?

Surely we all know by now this "government" can do nothing right,so why the surprise when they make yet another blunder which affects even more people.A child of ten could have seen the danger of saying wht darling said about stamp duty,but parfor the course he said it anyway.God help this country with idiots like this in office,roll on the election.
