What was a 'HOODIE' doing representing London?

Who in the world thought a 'HOODIE' doing graffiti was the right thing to show as typical of London at the handover?

Surely 'HOODIES' doing graffitti and Myra Hindley are not what the world to think of as Britian?

Surely the suspicious death of Diana the Princess of Wales the world so loved and respected and the suspicous death of Dr David Kelly and the illegal war plus Charles' most unpopular Mrs Parker Bowles standing happily before us as Future Queen is quite enough bad propaganda for the watching world ?

Why add 'HOODIES' and child torturers, rapists and murderers as well, whilst criticizing the human rights abuse in OTHER nations, but not our own?
