.....this is nothing more (in true LiarBore fascist style) than an exercise in creating a revenue stream for the thieving councils.

The march of the NuLiarBore totalitarian state shows no sign of slowing. What next?, a fine for farting in public?.....under the guise of 'adding methane to the global warming problem' ? (another Stalinist m**** con).

What we really need to hear from 'call me dave' is a pledge ('pledge' - another piece of unsavoury NuLiarBore lingo) that he and his party will repeal (totally) this fascist nanny state control legislation that has been used to oppress, batter into submission, and thieve from us, every last penny of disposable income this last decade. Though 'hug-a-hoodie' has remained conspicuously quiet through all of this.

2010 can't come soon enough.
