He is still in the NICK - not because he is dangerous - But because he has not completed his sentence!

Why is that ? Well there is the little matter of him escaping from prison and giving the Old Bill the run around for years.

He would have been out by now had he not escaped.

Pity they did'nt keep the rest of the criminal **** where they belong for the full extent of their sentences.
