Are yobs treated better than their victims?

Any citizen should be able to defend their person or property from unlawful attack with the full backing and protection of law. This should be their unalineable right. The perpetrators of crime against person or property should forfit any rights they may otherwise have expected. A citizen should be given paramount rights of self-defence with regard to person or property.
