Merters

Make meters compulsary to make those who waste it pay for it, last year I saved approx. 75% with a meter, before I ended up on a meter I used to use water without thinking, now I treat it like gas & electrc which are metered, if it is wrong to meter water then it should be just as wrong to meter gas & electric. People on benefits should not get any relief on water charges as it is unfair that certain benefits get so much free and others trapped by the benefit system are the poorest.
