not enough

So we are suppose to pat the back of the British justice system for this?These two animals got just two years but now increased to 4 well thats ok a job well done.I am sorry to say but this is a bloody outrage these sumbags should never get out and a overhaul of our justice system is required with tougher sentences.Our children don`t matter anymore?
