Another Crackpot Scheme......

Published: Wednesday May 16,2007 by Anonymouse

Everything this government produce under the guise of making things easier, turns out to be a shambolic attempt to hide the employment figures. No thought has been given to this project that is designed to bring the housing market to a standstill. One example applies to people for one reason or another, who have no money & decide to downsize. Elderly people where their family have grown up, married & left the nest leaving the parents with a large house. Where do they find the several hundred pounds for HIP's & where do the fee's go, they are still advertising for Inspectors for this dubious scheme. Take a look at the Governments site on HIP's, it states "Do you want to become a Home Inspector?" with information appertaining to training courses etc, and this scheme comes into force in 11 working days time. If HIP's procedes & the Inspector calls to your home, ask him how long he's been qualified & what he did for a living previously. You may find he's an ex double glazing salesman, chef or may be John Prescott earning a few bob on the side.
