Do we need an EU president?

WELL NOW THAT'S A GOOD QUESTION ? IF WE ARE IN THE EU , IT COULD BE A GOOD THING TO HAVE SOMEONE AT THE TOP AS PRESIDENT OF EUROPE, EVEN IF IT WERE TO KEEP THE BUREACRATES IN LINE OVER THERE, QUITE PERSONALLY I DON'T THINK WE SHOULD BE IN THE EU,WHO WANTS THEM GIVING BRITAIN ORDERS BUT IF THE CRUNCH COMES TO THE CRUNCH AS LONG AS BRITAIN HAS THE PRESIDENCY & HE COULD CHANGE THINGS IN OUR FAVOUR FOR A CHANGE YEA!
