Patient care compromised

Just hand me a soap box and let me get started on how unfair i feel it is about patient centred care being compromised due to lack of nurses!
I work in this field and i am constantly amazed at the amount of corners we are expected to cut to remain in correct financial status, make our older patients a priority too.If it was not for many of our older people we would not have a England.Nurses train to nurse they do not train to be clerical workers.
