Getting to the root of the problem

It is acknowledged that we work longer hours than other countries. Most of us are 'owner occupiers', we have to work and life is just too busy, we rely on convenience food and cheer ourselves up with wine. So what!! It is about time government intervened and made sure that we could all achieve a good work life balance, instead of moralising to us, life is tough enough for most working families.

If we don't live to see what pension we might have (if we are lucky) it won't be because of the odd stuffed crust, it is because we are all knackered from the treadmill and it's associated 'targets'. No wonder we all want to run away and get that place in the sun. Why can they not work this one out????
