Killer Cure a Necessary Evil?

Clearly, in the light of such distressing news, this is not the time for moralising, but one disturbingly familiar failing on the part of Left Wing Nanny governments everywhere needs to be addressed: a behaviourally generated problem demands a modification of that behaviour - not a medico-scientific substitute.

Labour's assessment of the contemporary teenage female appears to assume an incurable predilection for loose sexual behaviour. Far from adopting a strategy aimed at tackling this perceived problem through the target population, Labour has opted to assume that all such females are similarly afflicted. Not only does this demean teenage girls, itwould appear that the vaccination program has actually exposed them to consequences at least as harmful as the supposed "natural consequences".

As this predictably unsuccessful strategy has been applied to Education and Law and Order, as well as Health, tragic outcomes are really inevitable.
