In a few words: I'm fed-up with the constant one-way, take and take some ideology in society today.

240,000 homes a year by 2016

Published: Sunday November 4,2007 by nickisplight

Not enough:

"Ten years from now, there will be 65 million people in the UK - an increase of five million - and by 2031, the population will be over 70 million, the Office for National Statistics (ONS) said."

Over 3 Million children or suffering horrendous Poor, Damp and Overcrowded Housing, because of the lack of both affordable and social housing.

Housing has clearly been mismanaged by consecutive Governments more so, social housing has been ignored with preferences to privatisation, which has not and will not work.
Those in comfortable positions will of course say we don’t want more housing and we don’t want housing on our brown belt and greenbelt lands. Of course whilst most would agree, in reality this will not be the case.

With the projected increase in migration and the ever increasing demand for Affordable and Social Housing, housing should and must be taken with the seriousness it deserves.

Whilst we all would like things to go our own way, unfortunately we cants have it both ways all the time and now it’s about time that the UK was accountable for its own mismanagement.
