Maybe good intentions

Maybe good intentions, but not unlike all the current ideologies, the implementation will be a major cock-up. Unfortunately our modern society is run by those that hold very little if any hands on experience, in which case they are ill advised and thought-out. This is a prime example and already many have spoken out to highlight floors in such implementations. Of course they are and will be ignored, only to find at a later date they were correct. But the Government will railroad the changes though and thousands will suffer.
