SOCIAL HOUSING SCHEMES SO UNFAIR

If you did without, bought your own house and put a bit aside for a rainy day then become genuinly ill you do not receive any of the benefits listed in the article below. I would love to sell my very small bungalow and get a rented council bungalow (can't manage stairs) then I would have no repairs, no boiler service or need buildings insurance plus many more costs and problems, I know of people in council houses earning very high wages and get everything done for free, council house rents are very low compared to private renting, people classed as disabled are often in better health than those just classed as ill but get all the benefits you can name, even free tickets for toll bridges for no good reason, the whole system is a rip off.



WHY SHOULD I WORK

States some people that live in a social housing scheme in London and are on the dole.

We are clealry not saying all of them say that but about 20% do if not more.

EG: They don't pay: (for 12 months)

£1100 rent

£1800 council tax

£ Free prescription, eye and dental care worht about £800

£1200 in disability benefit when clealry some don't need it.

Free repairs to their home worth on avg: £1000

DOLE Money

Saving money on travelling to work and food at work £2000

Not doing hard work or work!!

Add it all up and the option to saty in bed until you feel like it and even work on the side for the odd days tax free - no wonder some are long term/permanet unemployed!!
