I guess this is a start. Even with many strong laws in place they won't ever be able to really stop children from being harmed until they are ready to really deal with predators. Until predators get the message that they commit a crime against a child they will go to jail forever or even the death penalty, things won't change.

These are very sick individuals who statistics prove don't ever get well, no matter what rehab or intervention takes place. Until predators really know they will be forever behind bars or killed themselves for crimes against children nothing will change. I'm sure the monitoring will upset a few of them for awhile until they find a way around the system and can beat it. I feel sorry for law enforcement because they can't just go string them up...one by one.....get rid of them once and for all. It's not societies' fault that these people are distorted, so why should we live in fear of them and have to protect our children with such vigilance knowing that if we don't these creeps will prey on them? Low monitoring will be a joke to that community, I'm sure....get tough or this tragedy against children will never end. No excuses......they get caught....they go to jail for life or the death penalty. We either believe in protecting our children once and for all or we don't. That is the bottom line.

GREAT NEWS - OR IS IT?

Wonderful news that they are going to crackdown, at last, on these COWARDLY LOWLIFE LITTLE PUKES. I was savouring visions of them being dragged to the stocks and given liberal lashings of the birch until they screamed for mercy followed by the expert use of a pair of secateurs to relieve them of their problem for good!

Imagine my consternation and outrage on finding out that this so-called CRACKDOWN was nothing more than calling at the scum-bag's house unannounced. This coupled with LOW-KEY MONITORING is supposed to be a CRACKDOWN .

DO US A FAVOUR AND RESIGN RIGHT NOW WHOEVER THOUGHT-UP THIS UTTER TRAVESTY OF JUSTICE!
