HOME OFFICE ASSURANCE A LOAD OF LIES YET AGAIN, ON IMMIGRATION!

This new revelation about asylum seeker entry into the UK with it seems, French assistance, can easily be stopped if the government had the 'bottle' to insist that the law as it stands, be enforced. By this I mean the 'Dublin Convention' that was signed by all European member states in 1990 and came into force in 1997.
This set out to clearly define which member state was responsible for assessing an asylum claim. In December 2003 this convention was changed by the EU to specifically stop secondary movement by asylum seekers.

You may think that is the end of the matter but no, it is not, for the simple reason we have our own constitutional laws and of course the recent European Human Rights act that others within the EU ignore when it suits them, but we stick to rigidly. An example of this is as follows:

* "One of the most famous cases and an important test case for this principle is Aitsegeur, an Algerian man who had entered Britain from France and claimed asylum. The Secretary of State had ruled that he should be returned to France under the Dublin Convention but the House of Lords disagreed, arguing that due to the likelihood of him being returned to Algeria from France, France, effectively, was not a safe country and he should remain. This case reveals the difficulty of harmonising asylum law in Europe, as well as the precarious nature of the position of many Algerian asylum seekers."

So this confirms that the Home Office assurances, are a load of political spin and propaganda by this government to deceive the public into actually thinking that they are doing something about it, when in reality, this government have agreed to so many conflicting laws that the French, people smugglers and asylum seekers themselves are exploiting it. Even if the Dublin Convention laws took preference, I doubt if this weak New Labour government would have the determination to do anything about illegal asylum seekers.
They like immigration you see! it's as simple as that and it's about time the people who are against this high level of immigration, recognised Governments secret policy and stood up to be counted in their objections!

DON'T BLAME THE FRENCH...

With regards to this article whilst you are busy lambasting the French the real culprits are getting away with murder.. literally!

It is convenient for the media and the populace in general to blame the French... they are as sick and tired of them as the rest of us... but as long as we have a weak government who gives in to the bleeding hearts brigade and makes England a soft touch they will continue to flock here, who wouldn't? Free housing, free benefits, get enough in and get an amnesty... can you blame them?

What is needed is a proper immigration policy, get an agreement with the French that there be a centre in France staffed by the immigration services to vet who wants to come and if they don't fulfill the criteria they are out and it they still get here they are thrown out and escorted to the border. We have to be tough and be seen to be tough and to mean it! We are the laughing stock of Europe and fast becoming a third world nation. What a laugh when people go back to their native land, Poland for instance to get medical treatment because they can't get it here, neither can the indigenous population get it! Watch it because the way the country is going we will soon be a minority and being a democracy sharia law could become the norm for regions where there are more muslims than white people! We have already bred ourselves out of the running so we have ohly our government to blame! Unfortunately, our government, in fact all those who live in London, in the upper class belt have no concept at all of how the other half live and how frustrating it is for those who see their community destroyed by immigrants who have no wish to integrate into the life of the village/town but who only want the monetary advantages with no thought of maintaining and enriching the fabric of a society which had hundreds of years of tradition and culture behind it. No wonder there are so many people leaving England and even the early migrants who came over in the 50's are now planning to leave for Canada or somewhere else because the country has lost something of immense importance, its soul.

IMMIGRATION. BLAME 'THE ENEMY WTIHIN'.

It is pointless to blame the French,when the blame is solely upon the suicidal policy of this treacherous,traitorus,govenment and the so called 'opposition'.
Together, they have suceeded in inflicting more lasting threats to our security, economy,and damage to our country than Hitlers Nazi Germany ever did.
In spite of this,they still refuse even to consider providing a military presence to protect our ports and borders.
They seem intent on giving away our Country. Meanwhile ,we all sit back and watch it happen.
How did we ever win two World Wars?

‘’Maggie’’ may be interested to know that for some years now the whole of the south-west peninsular has been known in Customs circles as The Big Green Channel. This arose when to justify cutting costs and of course staff the Commissioners of C& E decided to rely on ‘intelligence’ (you have to laugh) and at the same time base the Fast Response Team, covering all the ports in Cornwall near Bournemouth! Keep laughing! Should a member of the public contact us about a suspect boat you could guarantee that by the time the team had struggled 80 miles through holiday traffic the smugglers or illegal immigrants were up the M5 and in the West Midlands!

We used to have watchers who would go round the un-customed ports and chat to locals about comings and goings. Whilst not prepared to divulge any info about their centuries old additional sources of income they were prepared to talk about drugs etc. because that affected their children.

Mind you to give them credit those oh so clever senior Customs staff have hit on a new wheeze. Why not restore to Plymouth one of the Mobile Rummage teams they took away in the first place?

Dont listen to any politicions they supprt it fully.We have no contrpl over our borders.
Its a ploy to abolish benenfits and free NHS treatment.Wait and see.
Wer are run by marxists who hate us so much they want to destroy us.Check an organisation called common purpose they have infultrated all governments

Is this what belonging to the EU is all about?
France and Germany are doing what they like with us,one we liberated ,the other we beat,twice in two wars, and we are now going to sit back and take this?
We had a fighting spirit then we should find it again and start fighting back with a vengence, let that apply to any others who come here thinking we are here for their benefit.
Does anyone remember the Customs and Excise boats that used to patrol our coasts and intercept anything suspicious and board the boats.Many of the officers now sit behind desks in offices their expertees can be used
to advantage.

The French should send all these people back to where they came from. They are categorically not wanted here, & if the inaction of the French allows them to come here, then our own government should chuck them out at once. We need our military patrolling our borders.

Many of these so called asylum seekers are no more than terrorists in waiting, believe they are known as sleepers awaiting activation. STOP THIS MADNESS NOW BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE. SEND THEM STRAIGHT BACK HOME OR FROM WHENCE THEY CAME and tell France and The E U human rights what they can do.

Why so much fuss about stopping this unwanted, expensive, illegal invasion onto British soil.

It is so easy to stop if Jock Broone has the will to do so.

We are a island, we should patrol our shores and have very strict port police who chuck everyone out immediately that does not provide a BRITISH PASSPORT, never ming EU regulations.
Any ship, aircraft or ferry captain who attempts to land undesirables on OUR shores or airports should be fined £100,000 for EACH individual illegal immigrant who is not wanted here by the British public. Their ship, ferry or airplane should be seized if the fines are not paid.
All passengers paperwork should be checked prior to boarding and if incorrect or they do not have any they should be refused. Any who slip the net must be returned from whence they came on the next trip back..

Incidentally the USA Boarder Patrol is bigger than most countries armies.

Jock Broone wants these illegals to flood into Great Britain, thats a laugh, what's Great about it, so his buddies can have cheapo labour and subdue and destroy the English so as to give everything to his beloved Jockland.

We need to fall out with the Frogs big time.
