This is long overdue, and all because it's been so lucrative to labour.
However, now that the SNP are thankfully the majority in scotland - and hopefully they will boot labour, and brown, out, at any election - this may actually have a chance of succeeding.

The current arrangement is outrageous, and needs to be stamped out - much like labour !
