If you extrapolate the latest figures from the British Crime Survey against those of the 2001 census, you will find that a black man is 103 times more likely to murder a white man than the other way around. The same extrapolation using the previous BCS stats would have informed you that a black man was 115 times more likely, so the statistic is no blip.

VICTIMS OF CRIME AND SURVIVORS GET NAUGHT... ESPECIALLY EMPATHY

In all likelihood, this murderous thug will share a cell with some poor beggar who foolishly used his cellphone whilst driving. This scum, as well, will have his “Human Rights” catered to, unlike his victim. He deserves to be hung, drawn and quartered… how silly of me… this heinous fate only befits victims.

FREE TO KILL

Yet another innocent life taken by someone suffering from a severe psychotic disorder who should not have been roaming our streets.
I can see no excuse for this person being free to kill as he had been held in a young offenders' institution where, if staff there had been doing their jobs properly, he should have been identified as a major risk to the public and his release prevented.
