A MAGISTRATE who re­fused to deal with the case of a Muslim woman wearing a veil has been reprimanded and ordered to undergo training in a move branded “ludicrous” yesterday.

Almost all part of human to human communication is done in through direct or indirect body language and facial expressions. How can we communicate effectivly with people if we can not see this, and how can we take on board and understand what we are been communicated. Surely removing this item would be all part of a fair trial, (even though I know they dont have fair trials in islamic countries). UNLESS YOUVE SOMETHING TO HIDE.
Also another point is that by condonning this behaviour we are teaching our children that it is ok that women are forced to cover there heads in such a suppressing way. Religion should never get intermingled with politics, our own history in europe has taught us that as does the state of some counties around the globe due to harsh religious control.

Many BNP members have gay and ethnic friends, that's a fact. Some of whom they've known for many years and some are family friends too. They know the BNP has white-only membership because it is fighting to preserve our race and culture which is what they chose to accept, and they all worry about crime, immigration the eu and the religion of peace the same as we all do.
It's not rosey of course. Racial divisons still exist, even in the most integrated areas, but that's nature for you. The leftards pretend there is no such thing as race, which is partly what causes all the problems in the first place.
But genuine, peaceful, non-native settled migrants, gays (not the raving militant lot) and all manner of others simply want a settled life with security under British law and to get on with their lives in peace.
The BNP used to be a different party once, riddled with infitrators and unrealistic fantasies, but Griffin has changed all that and kicked out the trouble makers and neo-nazi types, although with some pain and difficulty, and much to his credit.
Those who don't want to live with our culture and those who are only here to take what they can are welcome to leave as far as I'm concerned. If thats racist then so be it. I'm past caring about the stupid labels anyway.
We native British are a tolerant lot on the whole, and all we want is to live under our own terms. There's room for a reasonable number of right-thinking immigrants here, but anyone with a grain of sense knows we can't keep taking more. It will only lead to civil unrest in the end. I sometimes thinks that's actually what certain elements want for some reason. But if they think they can win such a conflict they are in for a big shock.

Thankyou for the explanation you've given Dylan.
Some of my local Asian shopkeepers have been trading for years and the locals regard them as valuable, hard-working members of the community, but I must admit I've never guessed that they might support the BNP. I suppose it's the same sort of naive assumption as that which leads some to suppose that all gay people vote for NuLabour. I have several gay friends none of whom vote Labour (any more!) while some support, in general, the policies of the BNP.

I live close to the Barking and Dagenham area and have several friends over there of various ethnic backgrounds with whom I drink on an irregular basis, and who tell me what going on in their towns and neighbourhoods. I also help out the local BNP from time to time and come into contact with many of the local populace. The figure of 65% is, I admit an arbitary one, based on voting patterns, though generally it is accepted to be about right, with the rest apparently supporting Labour and the Libdems to some degree.
The point is that integrated ethnics do not like mass immigration or the insurgence of Islam one bit. They feel most comfortable among natives with whom they get along very well, having grown up with them as 2nd and 3rd generation people who only want to live the English way and feel threatened by those they regard as 'foreigners'.
The percentage figure may be different elsewhere but in B&D it's much higher than the liblabcon would have us believe. That's why Cruddas, Hodge and co are in such a lather about it.

If my husband went to court wearing a motor cycle helmet - he would have to remove it
if my grandson went to court wearing a hoodie he would have to remove it
so why was this female allowed to retain her burka or whatever it is called and as for the reprimanded magistrate I think this
is just ridiculous - again we are bowing to the muslims and becoming the laughing stock of the world = please stick to your principles mr JP. they appear to be all we have left.
My family and I recenty went to the White Rose shopping centre in Leeds and beleive me it was quite frightening there were so many of these black garbed women, who really do appear to be two faced because they were actually purchasing engish clothes etc so they obviouly havbe double standards.

....amd if someone turned up in court with a balaclaver over their would they have been withing their rights,no of course not,this woman should not be able to get away with it.
It should be made very plain to her and any others that wish to try it on when they are in this country they OBEY our laws not ABUSE them that is not their right ,if they do not like it ,tough, leave the country. The JP was right and has our full support, if a question of compensation comes up, as it usually does, do not give her any money she is the one in the wrong .Do we take it that she will be paying her solicitor and court fees herself,no legal aid for abusing our laws available,religion or no religion

For all I know this might be absolutely correct, but I live "in the Barking area" and it's the first time I've heard of this. Where do the figures come from? I'd be interested to know.

I agree with your submission that we have been brain washed by the politically correct Liberal left that says BNP is a racist party.

No it is not. It is not a crime to defends ones race against those that came here under the grace this nation and would like to Lord it over the indigenious tribe and their Judea-Christian values, which is systematically being destoyed by the most peacful religion the world has ever known. Islam preaches preaches tolerance and respect when they are initally welcomed by the host. It is a one way respect and tolerance and not vice versa. But when in majority they murder and kill the indigenious population. Respect islam by allowing them a free reign to run it down your throat that Islam is good for everyone, if you object then you are a rascist. Therefore, it is not a crime to defend Britain against the beast of false peace.

I think for a change in the next coming election if the conservative continues to play games with the Issue of Islam in Britain I would definitely vote for the BNP and damn the so called consequences of voting BNP.

If the BNP would help not just only for the indigenous population but as well as the black, asian migrant Christian community to remove this plague of Islam in Britain, I think I would go all out on my own to canvass in my area for people to vote for BNP.
And certainly the three conspirators, traditional parties, Lib/lab/con are in for a big shock like a political eartquake, in the history of this country, as BNP would be forming the next government.

Any genuine immigrant who has naturalised as British, and is not lazzy,works hard to support Britain and not engage in criminology, Islam and who does not choose to unseat the indigenious population, by imposition of the Islamic culture, religion, Islamic way of life and terror should have nothing to fear from the BNP.

At least Jack Staw, the justice minister, of Muslims constituency, in Blackburn is properly representing his Muslims constituency on matters affecting Islam in Britain by reprimanding the JP for a muslim woman to remove the Niqab, even though he had originally condemned the Niqab as an instrument of separation and not integration.

Where is The position of Arch Bishop of canterbury on issues of '' no go area'' for none Muslims in Britain? Could it be that he was away on planet Neptune when Abu Izaddin challenged the former home affair minister John Reid, that '' what are you doing in a Muslim area''?

It is also possible that this arch bishop was on a sabbatical leave on planet Saturn when Abu Izzadin spoke of jihad in Britain. That jihad is about shedding the blood of none Muslims in Britain, that jihad is about slitting the throats of Kaffar, or none-msulims.

Now in this current topic we want his eminence to stand up for the God of Israel, the almighty God, who is the father of our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ, whom he say he represent his interest and worships.

After all we thank God for the Bishop of Rochester, most Reverend Michael Nazir who has sounded a clarion call about the danger into which Britain is heading to, that is complete Islamisation of Great Britain. And was villified by Jack Straw, William Hague and the political establishment who are in collusion with Muslim Council of Britain to transform Britain into an Islamic caliphate.

Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, spoke of not denying him before men. If Dr Rowan William would deny Jesus Christ by not standing up for Christianity in Britain, Christ promise to those who would deny him before men in Britain he would deny them before his father and in the presence of all the Holy angels.

May God bless you as you repent and seek to do that which is right in the sight of God. Let the arch Bishop stand up for the victims of Islamic terrorism and that includes Christians in Britain, and for the nation founded by the right hand of God almighty, Israel.

Stop blaming Israel for the consequence of Islamic terrorism by telling her to stop defending herself against those that seek to kill babies, women, boys, girls, and men because they are Jewish, and are God's chosen race; with whom he used to manifest himself as the Son of God in the person of Adonai Yeshua Hamashiac ben David (i.e. Lord jesus Christ the son of king David) born in the city of Bethlehem now under Islam and terrorism ,under a false peace process that is intended to dispossess the Jewish people the land which the eternal God swore, by himself to Patriach Abraham, Isaac and Israel to give to their progeny as an eternal inheritance.

But by the grace of the God whose dwelling is in the heaven of heavens, these orchestrated attempt to divide his land would fail and Israel would emerge victorious and triumphant over all foes and adveraries,and all those who have acted like Judas Iscarriot would be shame.

May God continues to bless Great Britain, USA and Israel as the true Christians stands in the gap to cry to God for deliverance from the hands of politically correct liberal left and the Islamists whose intentention is to Islamise Britain and the world in general.

THE BNP IS NOT RACIST

It is not racist to stand up for and defend ones race, culture and nation against a concerted attack to destroy it.
Many ethnics support the BNP because they know would be far better off with a genuine nationalist government. In the Barking area for example, where the BNP is the official council opposition, as many as 65% of all ethnics support the BNP as a amtter of course.
The image of the BNP the liblabcon-trick and the media has contrived is false.
The choice is simple. Either the BNP or what everyone knows is coming with the the liblabcon/eu/islam axis.
