well said. Obviously the drugs DONīT work!! We just wanna hold their hands and give them magic pills.

Basic physics ....more calories out than you put in...but of course this takes SELF DISCIPLINE. And therein lies the problem.

Must be making millions off these people with these drugs.

DESPITE THE RISE

I bet people are still getting fatter!
Stop thinking there is a magic pill for every ill.
Start walking.....every day.
Get out of your car.
Start cleaning your house.
Wash the windows
Scrub the floors
Eat freshly prepared meals.....small portions 4 or 5 times a day.
Dont snack
Dont buy processed foods
cut out chocs, cakes, crisps etc..
That is the magic potion!
Your health will improve and the body will slim naturally.
MOVE OFTEN!
EAT MUCH LESS!
