CRIMINALS HUMAN RIGHTS...AGAIN
16.04.08, 8:20pm
Surely this idiotic govt. must be sick of shooting itself in the foot. Since hastily signing into the Human Rights Act(the charter for criminals, immigrants, illegal or otherwiseand terrorists) this govt. has spent masses of time and tax payers money either losing judgements and appeals against the very law they brought in themselves. It seems that everyone the govt. considers a threat to society drives a horse and cart through the law and rewards themselves with swathes of money paid for by the people who have a right to life and protection( the law abiding ) UNDER THE VERY SAME LAW. It just shows how a silly 2nd rate govt can be shown up by lawyers and even worse criminals by rushing in legislation which comes back time and again to punish them. IDIOTS!!!!!!

The Human Right Act .
It appears that the Human Rights Act is being "Abused" by certain types of individuals, and that appears to be a general concensus not only amongst the general population, but also the Media:
The Human Rights Act is NOT being abused by certain types of individuals. it is functioning exactly and precisely what is was designed and set in place to do ?
None of this has been by "Accident" it is all too well planned for that to happen, thats why NOTHING is ever done to reverse the trend and "Common" sense NEVER prevails (and never will)

HUMAN RIGHTSRULINGTO FREE HUNDREDS OF DANGEROUS PRISONERS
16.04.08, 2:52pm
What to do :-
Errect a high barbed wire compound put all prisoners inside.
Give them food and lodgings the same as local resident. These local residents will receive the same 'privledges' as the prisoners, for guarding them.
I will sugest this operation be carried out in Darfor.
P.S. Criminals to pay board and lodge,
not tax payer !

ABOLISH THE HUMAN RIGHTS ACT
16.04.08, 2:33pm
The EU Super State will not let us abolish the HRA.
We cannot abolish the HRA while we remain in the EU Super State.
Until we get out of the EU Super State we cannot rule our own country and we cannot make sane decisions.
Being a member of the EU Super State means we cannot do anything to stop hundreds of dangerous prisoners roaming our streets and threatning the British public.
We MUST exit the EU first.
THEN we MUST abolish the HRA.
Lets take back control.

HUMAN RIGHTS STRIKE AGAIN
16.04.08, 12:02pm
The human rights group, the worst group to ever grace our shores. Isn't it about time these idiots started to consider the human rights of the law abiding citizens and leave the lowlife to rot in jail where they belong. We don't choose to be robbed, mugged and cheated, but they chose their lifestyles and so should be punished and not molly coddled by soft in the head do gooders who nead a reallity check. Let's face it though, they are a Nu Labour daft idea, so we can't expect them to do the right thing.

ABSOLUTELY.....ONCE A CRIME HAS BEEN COMMITED HUMAN RIGHTS SHOULD BE NULL AND VOID
16.04.08, 12:01pm
Give rights back to the decent human being, the innocent , the child, the hardworking adults of this country that keep MPs in the wealth they so richly do not deserve !
Smirking Straw is a disgrace !
I would resign as justice secretary if a law informed me I had to release a dangerous prisoner !
Why does he not take a stand ?
Because he has sold his soul for wealth that will sustain and protect him and his family.
He turns a blind eye and gets on with the job of falseness, injustice, and wrongdoing.
ABOLISH THE HUMAN RIGHTS ACT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHO ARE THESE NAMELESS UNELECTED PEOPLE
16.04.08, 11:55am
on the Parole Board who can overturn our legal system? Are they going to take responsibility for their actions on releasing dangerous criminals back onto our streets? Are we going to be allowed to sue them should a member of our family be killed or injured. Criminals who have .been judged and sentenced in a court of law should be denied any Human Rights, they forfeited those and any hope of early release when they broke the law.

WHAT ABOUT MY HUMAN RIGHTS?
I am a law abiding subject of HM Queen Elizabeth II and I demand my human right not to live in fear of being burgled or attacked by these criminal scumbags! As a LAW ABIDING English man I think my human rights should hold more weight than the rights of some low life who chose to break the laws of our land.
