I have reported them but the powers that be seem only to want to nick hardened crims like having two of your car wheels in a box junction or doing 31 in a 30 limit or over staying in a parking bay by a nano-second.

If so many farms / drugs, are being found / caught, what is the ratio of court appearances, sentances ? this would surely provide a more lucrative pastime for the British Bobby. Take some of the strain of the taxpayer/ motorist.
Let the law breakers serve society wether that be Sudan, wherever,or UK. At the very least make them do something if it's only " National Service."

Heroin comes to Britain from Islamic countries, but the government is coy about that.
Skunk cannabis is often farmed by members of the immigrant communities, but the government is coy about that as well.
Now if Nick Griffin was Prime Minister ...

Just how many of these 2,000 'farms' were actually mass producing? How many of these farms were just some old hippies' greenhouse.
This topical move by the Govt. is just a smoke screen to divert peoples attention away from the recent Labour distaster at the local elections.
If they really cared about the prevention of drug abuse they would stop the flood of cocaine, heroin and meth amphetamine coming into this country. However, due to cuts in the civil service, there are no longer enough customs men to put up any sort of effective barrier.
