Sold out to Europe: Brown makes Queen sign away our sovereignty

GORDON Brown was last night accused of betraying Britain with a “grubby”surrender to Brussels.

GORDON BROWN IS A TRAITOR TO ONCE GREAT BRITAIN!

30.07.08, 2:13am

Fortunately the article gave the country a way out of this traitorous act by Gordon Brown - a man unfit to hold the title of "Prime Minister!"

What other traitorous activity has been actioned in the name of the crown such that Her Majesty, The Queen Elizabeth II, is "Forced" to sign away Her Sovereignty by the actions of this jumped up Scottish Twit masquerading as a Man?

Soon will come the day of reckoning for this so called government, when it will be severely and correctly trounced at the General Election that even the liar Brown cannot put off for ever!

Then the Conservatives can get back to restoring Britain to a country in which we can once again be proud to live, with a Queen we all love, respect and admire restored to her full Sovereignty over we, her people!

SOLD OUT TO EUROPE:

24.07.08, 10:23am

The people either stand by and do nothing and allow their country to be Governed forever by the European Union, or, the people look to their own Constitution, (Their own law) and act upon that, and quite legally so. That is what our Constitution is there for. It is to our Constitution our Governments, past and present should have ALWAYS looked to for it was in our very own Constitution the freedoms and liberties so many gave their lives for in the last great war, are held.

I write of Clause 61 Magna Carta, which was originally used by our once noble Hereditary Peers. However, one of Sir Edward Coke's greatest contributions to the law was to interpret Magna Carta to apply not only to the protection of nobles but also to all subjects of the Crown equally, which effectively established the law as a guarantor of rights among all subjects against even Parliament and the King. He famously asserted: "Magna Carta is such a fellow, that he will have no sovereign. "END of Quote.

This then means, that if 'put' comes to 'shove', then Claus 61 Magna Carta can be legally used by all the people, not just by 25/4 Barons. There is time for all to acquaint themselves with Magna Carta and your own Bill of Rights 1688, particularly those that were never taught about it at school. The Bill of Rights came about through the "Glorious Revolution" and the meaning of "Glorious" was that it was "quiet", "non-violent", and so it shall remain and it will always be so.

Hopefully, this may never have to be applied if the people of Ireland's referendum result holds. Far better for this country if Magna Carta remains quietly at rest. If, on the other hand parts of the treacherous Treaty are brought into play that is a different matter altogether but I doubt every country in the EU would agree to that.

In the mean time, those in Stoke that are to vote on two Questions regarding an elected mayor with Cabinet, or a leader with cabinet,(Which many are angry about) and which as we all know is part of the EU governing by Regions. Go and vote but for those that are angry at only having those two questions to answer, I suggest you place your cross right through the ballot paper. Make your feelings known. As for the EU elections. I suggest you vote for UKIP or BNP, in other words any party that want OUT of the EU. (Fill the EU Parliament with Eurosceptics). Just for the record, I do not belong to any Political Party or Organisation.

SOLD OUT TO EUROPE:BROWN MAKES QUEEN SIGN AWAY OUR SOVEREIGNTY.

23.07.08, 2:41pm

With regards to this Article: Firstly, the Queen cannot go against Her Government that was freely elected by the vast majority of people.
Secondly, I suggest that not only was it totally wrong of Prime Minister Brown to ratify a Treaty that is no longer valid, it was very wrong indeed to implicate Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in its (illegal) ratification.
In the Government's eagerness to hand the Governing of this Country to the European Union whilst still holding the highest position in this land and whose total allegiance is to this country upon which they all swore a solemn and binding Oath of Allegiance to the Crown and this Country, our Prime Minister and his Government have ratified a dead Treaty, a Treaty that is in fact no longer VALID, and was not valid at the time of ratification. The Treaty of Lisbon was no longer in existence. It did not exist then and it does not exist now. It ceased to exist when that wonderful Country of Ireland rejected it. It ceased to exist in exactly the same way that the 'Treaty Establishing a Constitution for Europe' ceased to exist when two Countries rejected that Treaty.

What has happened now brings everything and everyone it touches into disrepute. Will any British Government ever be respected, honoured of envied throughout the world ever again?

GORDON SAID HE WOULD LISTEN

19.07.08, 11:30pm

The day after the labour losses at the recent by elections, Gordon Brown said "We need to start listening to the people" then against the wishes of the people, he went and ratified the EU treaty.

He had no mandated from the electorate, therefore the ratification of the treaty is illegitimate, a true attribute of New Labour.

CAN THE IRISH HOLD OUT UNTIL 2009 !!! LETS HOPE SO ?

19.07.08, 9:45am

But.. I can not see the EU Masters allowing this to happen,

They got around the French and Dutch no vote easily enough, England was a walk over due to the amount of Sycophantic lying deceitful traitors it has planted in the House of Commons and The even more traitorous House of Lords.

Ireland is now the only Non Conforming Nation that is standing in the way of the Free trade between the EU member states, the " free trade" will soon turn into "slave trade" in more ways than one, i truly hope that the Irish Nation can hold out for as long as possible, but i fear that the EU will soon nip the Irish dissent in the bud,

The EU and all its institutions are the biggest threat to freedom and peace in History.

THEY ARE ALL TO BLAME!

19.07.08, 12:54am

Thank you for giving such prominence to the final sell out of British independence - other newspapers just tucked it away somewhere. However , I must take issue with one sentence in your otherwise excellent coverage. You said the process started when Tony Blair couldn't persuade us to drop the £ and join the euro. In fact the whole process started over 30 years ago when Ted Heath took us into the then Common Market. It has progressed, bit by bit, by successive Governments of both parties.
The Single European Act, the Treaties of Maastricht, Amsterdam and Nice have all whittled away our independence - all without the consent of the British people in referendums. If the Conservatives hadn't laid the groundwork, Brown would not have been able to complete the sell out.
Our politcal 'elite' are only interested in creating as many troughs as possible in which to stick their collective snouts.

SANDY

18.07.08, 10:44pm

The point with this Con/Treaty is that it brings into force all the previous Treaties - you obviously have not read those.
Under EU control, the people of Europe have NO control, they don't want it any more than we do. This whole EU integration has been built on deceit, back door dealing and lies. The people who pay and pay to be ruled by faceless bEUreaucrats wanted a common market, no more, no less.
