Fey plays fastidious 37-year-old career woman Kate who, desperate to have a baby, turns to a surrogate, the trailer trashy Angie (Poehler), who moves into her apartment.

The plot is really just an excuse for some sketch-show-like skits but there is enough humour and heart to carry you through to the end. It’s also good to see Steve Martin – as Kate’s eco-poseur boss – being funny again.
