NOW PATRICIA CAN PUT THE KETTLE ON

PATRICIA PYRIE wants to pour praise on electrical kitchen products company Russell Hobbs.

She had problems with one of its kettles. But as it was a gift from a relative, she did not have a receipt.

The Manchester-based firm ran some tests and found it was the hard water in Patricia's area, Bexleyheath, Kent, that was preventing the kettle from boiling.

"They sent me an explanation and a new kettle, " said a delighted Patricia.
