Marks and Spencer, Waitrose and Coop issue emergency food warning - 'do not consume'
The Food Standards Agency urged customers to return the products and "do not eat" them.
Marks and Spencer has recalled the M&S Plant Kitchen Mushroom Pie because of "undeclared soya". The product contains soya and is not mentioned on the label, which is a possible health risk for people with an allergy.
The retailer has advised customers to contact the relevant allergy organisations, which will tell their members about the recall.
The Food Standards Agency issued a statement saying: "If you have bought the above product and have an allergy to soya, do not eat it.
"Instead return it to the store from where it was bought for a full refund. For more information contact Marks and Spencer customer care on 0333 0148 555."
M&S added: "Customer safety is of paramount importance to Marks and Spencer and we take all issues regarding the production of our food extremely seriously. Please do not consume this product if you have an allergy or intolerance to soya."

Waitrose issued another food warning and recalled the Waitrose Pitted Spanish Queen Olives because they "may contain pieces of glass".
The supermarket announced: "Waitrose & Partners are recalling Waitrose Pitted Spanish Queen Olives because they may contain pieces of glass. The possible presence of glass makes this product unsafe to eat."

Coop has urged shoppers not to consume the Coop 20 Piece Picnic Platter because of "undeclared sulphites". The supermarket has recalled the item as it's "a possible health risk for anyone with a sensitivity to sulphur dioxide and/or sulphites".
