A charming in England with its rich history, stunning scenery, and vibrant community is where you are most likely to reach 100 years old in the UK.

A study conducted by experts at Mobility Solutions Direct using data sources like the UK Health Index via ONS found that Richmond in North Yorkshire has an overall life expectancy score of 120.

The Yorkshire was ranked first for where in the UK you are most likely to reach 100 years old, the study suggested.

The research was inspired by a recent ONS report that found that life expectancy in the UK has slowed since 2011, with the impact of COVID-19 further exacerbating issues with a significant drop (0.7 years) in life expectancy.

Elmbridge, a borough in Surrey, ranked second with a life expectancy score of 118.

Meanwhile, the South Lakeland district comprised of Windemere and Sedbergh ranked third, with a score of 116, also making it the top location in the North West.
