O'NEAL TARGETED WITH RESTRAINING ORDER OVER EXPLICIT CALLS

The Love Story actor is accused of making lewd calls to Dania Marin, who requested an order to be granted by Los Angeles Superior Court to prevent the star from contacting her.

Marin alleges that O'Neal - who opened up to the world about his longterm partner Farrah Fawcett's battle with cancer last week (beg04May09) - called her and asked her masturbate with him in exchange for a car.

In the action, filed on Friday (08May09), Marin cites an incident two days earlier in which O'Neal called. She writes in legal documents, "He asked me if I wanted to masturbate with him. Offered me a car back if I would engage with him."

The papers, obtained by Radaronline.com, show that no temporary order was issued.

When approached by the website, Marin explained, "He freaked me out. I filed the retraining order because I was afraid that he knew where I lived or would come to my house. He's old enough to be my grandfather."

The accusations come amid months of turmoil for O'Neal's family. Fawcett's cancer has spread and she is reportedly in a "critical condition", while the pair's son Redmond is on a rehabilitation programme on drug charges.
