MAG DENIES ILLEGALLY EMPLOYING WILLIS' DAUGHTER

The 15 year old began an internship at the publication last week (begs08Jun09), but reports have circulated that the magazine has violated federal law due to her young age.

But a representative from Harper's Bazaar insists the work placement is perfectly legal - as Tallulah is only a "guest" of the magazine.

The spokesman tells the New York Post, "Tallulah is a guest of Harper's Bazaar, shadowing our editors for a couple of weeks.?
