Daniel’s chat lacks magic
IT MIGHT be seem unkind to describe Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe as an unlikely sex symbol but he would be the first to agree.
Despite winning legions of teenage admirers Daniel admits he’s hopeless when it comes to romance.
The 19-year-old – who had girls flocking to see him in the West End and Broadway stagings of Equus in which he appeared naked – says the ladies go off him as soon as he opens his mouth.
“I’m a terrible person to be a sex symbol,” concedes Daniel, now filming the final Harry Potter movie. “I’m no good chatting people up.
“The lust thing generally stops when they meet me because I’m not a particularly sexy person to talk to.
“I have cool taste in music, I think ex-girlfriends have told me that. That’s quite sexy. But they are ex-girlfriends!”
“I like conversation,” he adds. “I’m not good at chit-chat. I can’t do pick-up lines.”
Not to worry Daniel, your £30million in the bank will probably make up for any lack of finesse.
