POSTIES across the UK are striking over pay - but by the looks of this video working conditions don't look too bad.

Captured on camera, postman Mike Izzard can be seen casually strolling into a Royal Mail depot, before breaking into a Michael Jackson-style dance.

The 36-year-old postie slides across the floor, kicks his legs in the air and throws his arms around in a dramatic fashion.

He even shows off a classy moonwalk as the song 'Billie Jean' plays loudly in the background.

Then the huge Jacko fan playfully grabs a bowler hat off a coat stand and rolls it back onto his head.

He continues by whipping off his Royal Mail fluorescent waistcoat and throws it to the ground.

The energetic dance lasts for a FULL five minutes - and the end of the show is greeted by noisy clapping from an audience of co-workers.

And it's not the first time the mail worker has practiced his dancing at work - colleagues filmed him outside the post depot showing off some moves in another film.

Not a bad way to make a living.

Royal Mail refused to comment on the dancing postman.
