The 19-year-old – father of former US deputy presidential candidate Sarah Palin’s grandson Tripp – was due to pose for the publication but now apparently is starting to worry about his body.

His fears will not be helped by the fact that one of the locations is a chilly ice rink. But his manager Tank Johnson told the New York Post: “We haven’t had any discussions of that nature.” He also refused to confirm whether Levi, who was engaged to Sarah’s daughter Bristol, would go full-frontal for the shoot.
