UK NEWSBURRELL PROMISES DIANA ‘BOMBSHELL’Sunday January 13,2008 By Paul ThompsonFORMER royal butler Paul Burrell has promised a series of bombshell revelations when he appears before the Princess Diana inquest this week.
The servant, once described by Diana as ìmy rockî, has told friends in Florida where he lives that he will stun the Royal Family and millions of her fans with what he has to say. [>
Friends say Burrell, 49, has confided in them that he will not hold anything back, particularly his criticism of Prince Charles. [>
And using the privilege of the coronerís court ñ which means he cannot be sued for slander ñ he has said he will launch an explosive attack on other senior royal figures. [>
Burrell has made an estimated £5million from two books which spilled some royal secrets. [>
ìThis is Paulís final chance to say what he really feels, and he does not care who it hurts,î said a friend. [>
[> ìThere are so many things that only he knows and he did not put in his books.† [>
ìHe has told us to watch the headlines for the next few days as he says he will be making them. [>
ìPaul is very bitter over the way he has been treated by the Royal Family. As far as he is concerned this is major payback time.î† [>
Royal aides have admitted they are nervous about Burrellís appearance at the inquest. They accept he was closer to Diana than any other servant and privy to many of her most intimate details. [>
ìBurrell always has something to say and we await with interest what he says at the inquest,î said a senior royal aide. [>
ìHe owes us no favours and I am sure this will be reflected in what he has to say.î [>
Burrell flew into London over the weekend from his home in Clermont, about 35 miles from Orlando, and is due to appear at the Royal Courts of Justice tomorrow. [>
The coroner, Lord Justice Scott Baker, will tell the jury that Burrell had unrivalled access to Diana. [>
Burrell is expected to be grilled first over the warning he says the Queen gave him that there were ìdark forcesî at work in the country. The conversation came when Burrell met the Queen in private after Dianaís death. [>
Friends say Burrell is still smarting over his treatment by the Royal Family following his acquittal at the Old Bailey five years ago on charges of stealing £5million worth of the Princessís possessions. [>

There appears that there is no level to which this slimy, insidious, creep will stoop to.
What a wonderful specimen of humanity he is.
He may as well spit on her grave.

I also find it strange that the Daily Mail published a story that said Burrell wasn't planning on giving any secrets away (not like him) at the coroners court whereas the Express publishes this one. Not the 1st time that I've found the Express putting a slant on the stories to keep the conspiracy theorists happy.

Paul Burrell only comes out of the woodwork when he has more information on Diana to sell. I have his books also Jessica and there are many untruths in them. I'm not so sure that Diana, brought up the daughter of an Earl, would have told a member of her staff so many private personal things. I seem to remember one of her chefs saying that Burrell was excellent at listening at doors, reading her mail and listening into phone calls. He's also got her mannerisms down to a tee. I would love to know what Maria Burrell thought about the "3 of them in this marriage" . Many have come forward and said that Burrell had an unhealthy obsession with his boss

JESSICA - IT IS ABOUT WHAT THE ROYALS REPRESENT.

I do not expect you to understand but I will try.
I have no feelings either way for the Royals, it is what they represent that matters - A proud democratic nation with a justice system second to none. So when I see people like Al Fayed being allowed to make ridiculous allegations agianst them, I take it personally. It is a bit like the Union Jack I don't pay much attention to it until I see a bunch of rabid morons burninng it. Just like the morons who don't seem to realise that their awful diatribe against the Royals is akin to desecrating all we as a counrty stand for.
It would be a sad day for us all if we allowed Al Fayed and his ilk to get rid of our Monachy.
