EXPRESS COMMENT
PRINCES’ PLAYTIME IS OVER
Princes William and Harry’s behaviour is unacceptable. Last week both were photographed emerging from nightclubs in less than flattering circumstances.
Harry fell down after remonstrating with a photographer outside a west London nightspot while a bleary eyed William was snapped in the embrace of two girls he met at a Bournemouth club.
Both young men were guilty of letting themselves and the Royal Family down. These two must realise they can’t have it both ways.
Yes, they’re lads who like to enjoy themselves but they’re also now both officers in the Army and in the coming weeks the safety of their men will depend on their judgment.
They’re privileged because they are heirs to the throne. If the position they aspire to is to have any dignity, they must set an example. It is time someone told them to grow up.

Mel Morris ought to understand that William is supposed to be going to marry Miss Middleton.I'm sure she really respects him for getting drunk out of his skull and cavorting with other women,
Harry is behaving like a yob while brave men are dying in Iraq. What past members of the Royal Family may have done is irrelevant.
These two are doing their best to finish the reputation of the Royal family.

Unfortunately, because of who they are, and not just any old squaddie, they do have to watch their step, and try not to bring the Army and the Royal family into disrepute, especially when out on the town. If they do have royal protection officers with them, I am a bit surprised these guys are not stepping in to keep this sort of thing under wraps?! Harry has always been a bit of a wild card, but for William to behave this way, is not good. Their grandparents will not be best pleased.
