BURRELL WON'T BE INVESTIGATED UNTIL INQUEST IS OVER

Story Image

By Jack Teague for express.co.uk

DIANA'S former servant Paul Burrell will not be investigated for perjury until after the inquest into her death is over Scotland Yard said today.

The 49-year-old has refused to return to the UK to face allegations that he lied to the jury in his evidence earlier this year, after admitting in a secretly recorded conversation that he had not told the “whole truth”.

He denies perjury and claims he was drunk and showing off when he made the admission to television producer Paul Khullar in New York last month.

Scotland Yard did not initially comment following the disclosure at the hearing yesterday.

But a spokesman said today: “Any action the Metropolitan Police Service would take around allegations of perjury would not be dealt with until conclusion of the inquests.

“Any decision taken would be in consultation with the Coroner after the jury have reached their verdict.”

THE CORONER'S BIAS

08.04.08, 5:21am

Here is just one quoted interruption of Lord Baker in protectin of the establishment witnesses;

Shortly after Mockton broke down for no obvious reason, under Manfield questioning, Scott Baker intervined;

"I appreciate that there are issues that you have to explore, but the position of the individual witnesses must be borne in mind and it certainly occured to me that you have been fairly close to the line. I ask that you be careful not to trespass on the wrong side of it to distress the witness."

This is a direct quote from the coroner. One of may such times he interrupted with no good reason. After all, now we see the great Mock-ton parading around with her "I hope this will allow the matter to rest". I ask you, while this is just one quote, there are many more and why wasn't this same courtesy provided to the lowly butler, Burrell, who was after all not wanting to reveal his entire discussion with the Queen. It was for Baker just as the quote states "the position of the individual witness must be borne in mind". I would say, this clearly says it all. This attitude sets the tone of the intire inquest. No abrasive examination of their testimony was allowed, due to the "overall position of the witness".

What a joke really, how can you find truth if you must be held back in the pursuit of it? Those bashed within the inquest, were lowly and not entitled to receive a soft ride, according to the coroner. Those protected of course had the entitlement to be protected.

The great Mock ton....Mansfield was barely pushing her which is after all what should be allowed in a legal hearing. Tears...if only the butler would have cried. Perhaps the coroner would have interruprted and cautioned Mansfield. But alas, it was not to be. All of the "flashing light" witnesses were allowed to be bashed. Only the favored establishment witnesses and their "accident" theory were protected by this coroner.

More such Baker protection will be forthcoming.

It's been bugging me for a while - the photograph you just mentioned - who took it? They must have had to answer for it - it can only be seconds before the crash ! But who in their right mind would endanger four lives in this way? Surely most photographers would know not to do this?

A few years ago 29/04/04 I read a fantastic piece of writing on the web titled "French Coverup of Diana Assassination Exposed!" by Jeffrey Steinberg and Allen Douglas. There in that article alone is twelve pages of information surrounding the crash. Obviously I cannot display the article contents that I have printed off but if any of you can find this article it is well worth the read.

GREAT COMMENT DIANA AND WELL THOUGHT OUT. ...............

19.03.08, 11:44am

Great comment Diana and well thought out. I would like to see one of the newspapers or television channels to conduct a poll regarding the death of Diana. I know what the outcome would be and that would be the majority in favour of the conspiracy theory as there was polls in the Daily Express, Daily Mail, etc late last year and they all showed 90% + believed Diana's death to be the result of foul play. This jumped up inquest will not change that percentage so the whole thing is a farce and a waste of money.

A year after the death of Diana there was a documentary on television titled " The Secrets Behind the Crash" (have mentioned this before but the people who wish to only see the tunnel vision of events did not wish to consider the alternative) presented by Nicholas Owen. The programme covered just about everything including witnessess etc.

After the programme ended there was a debate directly after about was was shown in the programme. There was talk of a bright flash that was brighter than the most experienced photographers flash and it was suggested that a hand held strobe light could have been responsible. A strobe light was shown in the programme and a demonstration was given on how this light could have easily blinded Henri Paul. While the debate was going on the programme held a phone in poll on the death of Diana. A whopping 98% voted that they believed Diana's death to be the result of foul play.

If we look at the photographs that recently
was in some of the newspapers and now available on the web you will see that Trevor Rees Jones was blinded by this bright light and has started to raise his hand as if to shield his eyes.

DIANA INQUEST

19.03.08, 12:38am

To anyone with half a brain it is glaringly obvious that Diana's death was a tragic accident, that her relationship with Dodi was nothing more than a summer fling and that Al Fahed is barking mad. He obviously cannot bring himself to accept that if anyone is to blame for this tragedy it is himself for failing to adequately protect Diana while she was his guest and theoretically in his care. This disgraceful campaign of his against the Royal Family is nothing more than an elaborate and expensive cover for his own failings. It is high time he faced up to reality and accepted responsibility.
