Monday March 31,2008 By Nicola McCafferty for express.co.ukTHE inquest into the death of Princess Diana heard today that there was “no evidence” that she was murdered by the MI6 at the behest of the Duke of Edinburgh.
Lord Justice Baker began his summing up to the inquest jury today following the six-month hearing investigating the Paris crash that killed Dodi Fayed and Princess Diana in August 1997.

Hi Hue, thank you for posting that article about Diana's pregnancy. You have jolted my memory and I think that I too have that article packed away with my Diana newspapers. It is very strange indeed that some of the most crucial witnesses wasn't called to give evidence. It would seem as if like the jury that the witnesses was hand picked. How sad that this inquest has led to the biggest cover up of the century.
Personally I do believe that a rogue faction of MI6 was responsible for the death of Diana but the thing is on whose orders? No prizes for guessing who. I hope that one day they are exposed and whatsmore I cannot wish them well and who knows what might happen to them or their families in the future, I am a great believer in Karma.

I CANNOT REGARD THE TRANSCRIPTS ~ nor should anyone ~ AS RELIABLE.
The coroner Lord Justice Scott Baker has admitted that LIES were told during the procedure.
Although he cited a few names, there have been – as the astute JonO pointed out – other "liars".
TREVOR REES (for example) COULD HAVE BEEN CITED. So why wasn't he?
John Macnamara I don't see as having any cause for concern as regards perjury. His discrepancy had occurred in the first days after "the accident", not during the inquest. I was there when the intimidating, almost bullying coroner practically enjoyed embarrassing the man. (You simply don't get any of the brute menace this coroner exudes from reading a transcript.)
TREVOR REES IS ALSO ON RECORD telling reporters one thing (the driver was not drunk) but now telling the inquest something different – HE HAS TO HAVE BEEN LYING ON AT LEAST ONE OF THOSE OCCASIONS.
How convenient that – in time for the Inquest – the amnesiac has suddenly remembered to toe the line and take the easy route of a drunk driver, too dead to disagree. BUT MUSTN'T IDENTIFY MR. REES AS A LIAR ! ~ BECAUSE THERE MIGHT HAVE BEEN THE NEED TO DRIVE THE JURY ALONG A CERTAIN SORDID ROAD TO A DESIRABLE DESTINATION.
[This, after all, was the legal system at work, the one that HAD FITTED-UP the Guilford Four and the Birmingham Six, was it not? These sorts had hung by the neck until dead innocent people.]
You accidentists ~ get your Ricards (or whatever is in your glass and floats your boat) ~ get ready to toast a cheer… as the jurors are sped to the end of their cul-de-sac, the Rue de Travestie.
I cranked up the Inquest website. Lily Hua Yu is not identified as a "Dr" whereas other witnesses are. I notice that her testimony is something read, like a statement. The problem with that sort of 'evidence' is that it is not subject to cross-examination. So I myself cannot put too much stock in that.
I do wonder, though, why the evidence of… what is she? ~ 'a Chinese herbalst'… why she is to be accepted, whereas 'an energy healer' [Simone Simmons] must somehow be suspect…
NOW, LET ME DIG OUT MY COPY OF 'THE INDEPENDENT ON SUNDAY', dated 21 December 2003:
"DIANA WAS PREGNANT AT TIME OF HER DEATH, SAYS TOP POLICEMAN"

The piece "by John Litchfield in Paris" opens:
"A senior police source in France has told 'The Independent on Sunday' that Diana, Princess of Wales, was pregnant at the time of her death following a road accident in Paris six years ago.
The source – who saw all the documents relating to the case surrounding the Princess's death – dismisses suggestions that there was any murder conspiracy before the death of Diana, her friend Dodi al-Fayed and their driver in a car crash on 31 August 1997. He was speaking after a British coroner announced that he would hold inquests into the cause of the deaths of Diana and Dodi, beginning on 6 January.
However, the source revealed to 'The Independent on Sunday' that there was 'a cover-up of sorts' in the days following the crash. Medical reports, which have never been made public, showed that Diana was pregnant at the time of her death. 'I can tell you that she was pregnant,' the source said."
I can tell you that IF she was 'was child', the consensus among "the Di-hards" (as one journo wittily dubbed us) is that the baby would not have been Dodi's but that of Hasnat Khan.
But he refused to marry her.
My conjecture (and it's only that) is that Dodi looked at all the excess, the hedonism, the drugs, the girlfriends who wanted to use him to get into movies… and although everything was expensive and shiny ~ it was so vapid. Here was a route to redemption. Me and dad could save the reputation of Diana. "I will try and be a wonderful father to this baby."
"I know you will." As she again took up her cutlery to try to eat, because, although so tense, she was also hungry – did she sense something dreadful and evil encircling their suite?
This so maligned, so well-meaning rose of England found it difficult to dine at her last supper.
(And the almost innocent instrument of 'betrayal' had been what the Americans call: the cellphone.)

Jessica read the Judges summoning up to the Jury from crest ha another rugrat to deal with well if the Jury came up with unlawfull killing and NOT BY HENRI PAUL BEFORE YOU SPIT THAT OUT OF YOUR MOUTH then it is surley the door to punish the guilty and we all now who done it
