DIANA WAS UNLAWFULLY KILLED
Diana was unlawfully killed
By Nicola McCafferty for express.co.uk
Princess Diana WAS unlawfully killed, a jury ruled today.
After six months - and 21 hours of deliberations - the inquest into her death returned a verdict of unlawful killing due to the grossly negligent driving of Henri Paul and the paparazzi.
The jury singled out Henri Paul’s drink driving as the main cause of the August 1997 crash in the Alma tunnel in Paris which also killed Dodi Al Fayed.

They added that had the Princess or lover Dodi worn seatbelts, they may not have died.
The inquest jury has now been dismissed after the six month trial and told they will never have to serve on a jury again.
Diana's sister, Lady Sarah McCorquodale left court at 4.50pm and got
into a waiting black car without commenting to the waiting press.
She ignored members of the public who were shouting: “It is an MI5 cover-up.”

Mohamed Al Fayed, who appeared at the High Court to hear the verdict today, said in a statement he was “disappointed” at the verdicts, which would come as a blow to the “many millions” of his supporters around the world.
He said: "It has been a long fight.
"I'm not the only person who said they were murdered."
Mr Al Fayed - who has tirelessly campaigned that Princess Diana and Dodi were killed in a murder plot orchestrated by Prince Philip and the MI6 - said today's verdict did not change his theory.
He said: "I still believe that Prince Philip and the Queen hold
valuable evidence but they were not questioned - no one should be above
the law."
The Harrods tycoon added: "I still believe the MI6 know what happened."
He concluded: "Diana and Dodi were taken away at their prime of their life.
"I will always mourn their loss."
Former Metropolitan Police commissioner Lord Stevens welcomed the inquest verdicts as a “justification” of the inquiry he led into the deaths.
He said: "I just hope that this can bring closure to what has been a difficult matter for all.
"The jury were absolutely sure that there has been no conspiracy in this case.
"I just hope that now the people who died can rest in peace."

AVERDICT AT LAST
07.04.08, 11:38pm
The facts are that the DRIVER, the PAPARAZZI, and the not wearing of SEAT BELTS was the cause of death nothing else.
ONly today the goulish paparazzi, i forget his name was in the car taking photo's of the dead and the dying, where is their compassion, not even attempting to give first aid or comfort.
These people are sick and should be banned in every countryas all they are interested in is their precioous phot and how much they can get for it not the victims of people the hound day and night.
Fayed should just go away now as it is desgraceful that he can get away with accusing the royals and calling people nazi's, if he did this to anyone else he would be up in court for libel and sued for all he has.
Conspiritors will never be happy because they lost their fantasy case.
NOW LET HER REST IN PEACE

KEEP GOING MR AL FAYED
07.04.08, 9:42pm
I hope one day you find justice for this terrible slaughtering - there are millions behind you. Keep fighting - no-one should be above the law. It's such a big coincidence that Diana predicted how she would be killed and then this 'car accident' occurs.

WHICH DRUNKEN DRIVER BLOOD TEST WOULD YOU SAY WAS TRUER?

One of the three or four and with them admitting they switched it once, how could anyone take it seriously?
I don't believe this is the end.

THANK GOD,

Thank God it's sorted and it turned out that their Royal Highness's The Duke of Edinburgh and The Prince of Wales didn't after all conspire with British Secret Intelligence Services to have her murdered. Personally I never believed that for a minute. I always thought that the drunken driver was the most probable reason.
